- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have a complaint to make. I payed my AGL electricity account today at Australia post at Stafford by eftpos. I was asked at the time whether I wanted to get any cash out. At no point was I told I would be charged a $2 fee for doing so nor was it itemised on my receipt. If I had been aware that withdrawing cash from Australia Post was going to incur a fee I would have walked outside and used the Redi ATM instead where no fee is charged. I feel that the failure to disclose that a $2 fee would be charged was dishonest on the part of the Australia Post staff. Needless to say I will not be withdrawing money from your service again and repeat that the companys failure to disclose was dishonest and unfair.
