  Very poor customer service, will not recommend to anyone. Had a new pool fence erected and a minor job needed to be done to finish the job. Guy promised to come back the next day but 4 months later I am still waiting. Sent SMS, phoned, emailed but no response. On top of that, a Plex panel was attached to side brick wall to cover the 4-5 inch gaps in wall to prevent a young child getting thru the openings and falling into the pool. The panel just fell off by itself now making my pool not properly secured. Not a happy customer at all...

  I have a complaint to make. I payed my AGL electricity account today at Australia post at Stafford by eftpos. I was asked at the time whether I wanted to get any cash out. At no point was I told I would be charged a $2 fee for doing so nor was it itemised on my receipt. If I had been aware that withdrawing cash from Australia Post was going to incur a fee I would have walked outside and used the Redi ATM instead where no fee is charged. I feel that the failure to disclose that a $2 fee would be charged was dishonest on the part of the Australia Post staff. Needless to say I will not be withdrawing money from your service again and repeat that the companys failure to disclose was dishonest and unfair.
